Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Orders are dispatched the next business day via Australia Post Express.

• AU Warehouse stock: Dispatched next business day via Express Post — typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
• International warehouse stock: Transferred to our Australian warehouse (7–10 days), then dispatched via Express Post the next business day after it arrives. You will be notified of estimated dispatch date at time of order.
• All orders: Express Post only — no standard shipping.
• Tracking: Provided for all orders via email confirmation.
• Packaging: Discreet plain satchel — no branding, no product description on the outside.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide powder does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until reconstituted. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated (2–8°C).

Shipping Rates

• Express Post: $10.00 flat rate (orders under $300 AUD)
• Free Shipping on all orders of $300 AUD and over
• All products are shipped via Australia Post Express

Order Tracking

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible resolutions:

• Replacement shipment at no cost
• Store credit
• Refund (assessed case by case)

We do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases once dispatched.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will lodge an Australia Post investigation. Resolution typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders returned as undeliverable will be reshipped — reshipment costs apply.
