The site shares general educational content. It does not provide medical advice, individual treatment or a personalised training programme. Consult a qualified professional about your individual needs.
How do I place an order?
Choose your products and options, add them to your cart and check out. No payment is taken on the website: after you place your order we send you a secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay) by email or on Telegram, or you can pay directly with us on Telegram (@AUSUPPLEMENTCO), including cryptocurrency. Apply code PAYLINK10 at checkout for 10% off when paying via the secure link. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
What are the shipping terms?
Australia Post Express only, Australia-wide: $10 flat rate on orders under $300 AUD and free shipping on orders of $300 AUD and over. Orders are dispatched the next business day and tracking is emailed after dispatch. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
Where is the brand based?
Our public location is Sydney, Australia. The site is intended for an international audience; this does not establish a governing jurisdiction or a shipping service area.
