1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vitality-cartel.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products from VITALITY CARTEL (355 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, not TGA-registered therapeutic goods, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. By purchasing, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher or purchasing for legitimate research purposes
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use products for human consumption or administer them to any person or animal

3. Eligibility

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is made offline after you place your order: we will send you a secure payment link by email, or you can arrange payment directly with us on Telegram (@AUSUPPLEMENTCO). Your order remains on hold until payment is confirmed and is dispatched only once payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post Express. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. 6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

All content on this Site including text, images, logos, and design is the property of VITALITY CARTEL and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, VITALITY CARTEL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any products purchased. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
