CJC-1295 DAC is a modified growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue incorporating a drug affinity complex (DAC) that significantly extends its plasma half-life compared to standard CJC-1295. The DAC modification enables covalent binding to serum albumin, producing sustained GHRH-receptor activity in preclinical models.
